I waited a few days before writing this review to make sure I had time to reflect on the experience and provide an honest and considered opinion. My first appointment was scheduled during Hurricane Milton, which escalated to a Category 5 storm by the time of my appointment. Despite the dangerous weather and a 45-minute drive through hazardous conditions, I was informed that if I didn’t cancel 24 hours in advance, I would lose my money if I didn’t show up.

In such extreme circumstances, it’s really disappointing that my safety wasn’t a top concern. They did cancel appointments later as things got worse, but at first, their response felt pretty cold and seemed more about the money than actually caring. This made me seriously question how much they really value health and well-being. Overall, it felt too much like a business transaction, showing that their priorities don’t match the values they say they stand for.

For anyone seeking massage therapy, I cannot speak to the quality of their massage techniques since I never received one, but your well-being should never be compromised for the sake of financial gain. It’s clear this practice prioritizes profits over genuine care.

Received my very first full body deep tissue massage with Ebony. OMG I was extremely in need of this. I will definitely recommend this. They have many other services like cupping, facials and massages. The therapist are 100% friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable in what they do. As a guy, sometimes it is hard to stop, relax, and be pampered. After what was a particularly intense month, I decided it was time. Ebony was the most talented and insightful massage therapist I have experienced, and was tuned into my specific needs. Ashley provided a relaxing rejuvenation dapper facial, mt first. If money was no limit, this would be weekly maintenance of my stress. Can't wait to visit again.
