Edit: I had a facial with Caroline on 3/20/21 and it was FANTASTIC! My skin feels so soft and refreshed! I will definitely be going back!

Such a great, clean facility with fantastic exercise classes, and equipment. Showers & lockers onsite, too! Check it out! ?

I had my first massage at the wellness center by Tabitha and it was absolutely amazing! The price is just right and the results are great. I cannot wait to get another massage as well as start my membership. It is a really nice and much needed facility within out community!

Love the wellness center! Such an asset for Mason. Spin classes with Joyce and Bandi filling in are wonderful! Massage with Tabitha was great! Tabitha is very professional and really focuses on specific areas for each individual. I highly recommend!

Absolutely LOVE this sweet hometown wellness center! I have had one prenatal massage and one facial. both left me feeling refreshed and pampered! This will definitely be added to my regular "self care" routine! Sweet atmosphere and the staff is very kind!

I am a regular with Tai Chi classes at the Mason Wellness Center. Tai Chi has helped me tremendously in improving my balance. This class is also offered simultaneously as a Zoom class so we have classmates from around the country.! I just had the opportunity to preview a new Pilates class and I ordered a yoga mat and will be attending as soon as the class begins. Pilates helps develop core strength. At 70 years old, I need this! Never was very fit, but now it's a matter of deciding how well I want to continue to age. Cory is a physical therapist, and he is not only aware of how to help prevent injury while exercising, but is also very encouraging. All of the staff at Mason Wellness Center make you feel welcome. It makes me glad to be there.

Joyce’s yoga class was excellent. She showed a variety of modifications to the poses for beginners and more advanced students. The class was excellent for stretching and balance. Prior to class the Mason Wellness staff helped me to ensure I was setup for the virtual class.

Love this place! Beautiful facility and wonderful
Owner and staff! I received a fantastic massage from Tabitha. I will definitely be back and soon. I plan to join the gym too!!
