Rise Wellness is a gem of a boutique wellness center! Since meeting Julie at the soft opening, I’ve been consistently impressed with her knowledge and expertise regarding the services and equipment offered. My absolute favorites are the infrared sauna and the PEMF bed, both of which have become essential parts of my wellness routine. The 21-day challenge has been truly transformative for my sleep, and I can’t wait to continue my membership at Rise to maintain my health and overall well-being. Highly recommend!!

Incredible Recovery Experience at Rise!

I injured my knee on Thanksgiving while doing Jiu Jitsu, and since then, I've been going to Rise for recovery sessions. They've offered a range of treatments that have truly made a difference in my healing process, including cryotherapy, localized red light therapy, hip compression, PEMF Pulse therapy, and infrared saunas.

After each session, I've noticed gradual improvements, and after yesterday's treatment, I’m no longer limping. While I’m not fully healed yet, I know my recovery would not have been as swift without these sessions. Not only has my knee improved, but I’ve also been sleeping better and feel like my body is healing more efficiently overall.

I'm incredibly grateful that Rise has all the advanced tools and treatments I need to get back to the sport I love. I highly recommend Rise to anyone recovering from an injury—they've truly helped me on my path to recovery!

If you haven't made it to the RISE Modern Wellness facility yet, you are missing out..This facility is absolutely amazing. The ambience will keep you there for hours. With the points i have i can go twice a week and still have rollover points for the next month. The Infrared Sauna is one of my favorite. But wait, so is the cryofacial, the wellness center, the PEMF room, heck each room is amazing and my favorite. Each person I have interacted with brings such comfort knowing that I have made one of the best investment for 2025. You will not be disappointed. When I first walked into the “Rise Wellness Center “ I didn’t know what to expect; however, after I received a tour of everything they have available to nourish and heal your body I was hooked! I haven’t even used all the available facilities and I have already experienced less pain than I have in months!

I’m wrapping up my 1st month of trying out Rise. Gotta tell ya, I’m sleeping better at night! They have state of the art equipment but what really impressed me is the staff. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They genuinely care about “me”!
